Tiffany’s 8-week fitness program was an awesome experience. After having my 3rd baby, my body wasn’t rebounding the way it had with previous pregnancies and my busy life with three kids 4 and under left me with little time to dedicate to workouts. I was in a terrible rut, struggling to motivate myself to make my health and wellness a priority.
One of the key pieces to Tiffany’s program is that a workout is only 30 minutes long and it can be done just about anywhere. As a busy mom of 3 kids at home, 30 minutes seemed to be a doable amount of time to squeeze in a workout at some point in the day. I love that Tiffany provides progressions for many of the exercises in the circuit training and it was encouraging to feel myself getting stronger and working my way up to more challenging progressions as the weeks went on. Prior to completing this fitness program, my sporadic attempts at “cardio” consisted of walking/jogging for random amounts of time. But with Tiffany’s program, she provides walking/jogging/sprinting interval times that provided much more structure to maximize my cardio workouts in a short 30 minute time frame. The exercise program is definitely doable for busy moms needing to maximize their time with effective and targeted workouts.
The greatest takeaway I have from completing Tiffany’s 8-week fitness program is the nutrition piece. I had become complacent in what I was putting into my body and was unaware of what a key factor nutrition is to weight loss and energy. I discovered so many delicious foods and easy recipes (that are family friendly, too!) while on the 8-week fitness program. Not only did I notice an increase in my energy-level when I changed my eating habits, but I found myself enjoying the food prep process. It felt good to know I was fueling my body (and my family’s bodies) with nutritious and delicious food. I feel so much better informed when I make food choices now and have a solid arsenal of healthy, body-fueling recipes thanks to guidelines Tiffany lays out in her program.
Upon completing the 8-week fitness program, I had lost 13 pounds and was back into my pre-pregnancy clothes. Since then, I have continued making better food choices and have continued an active lifestyle. I am down another two pounds and am looking forward to maintaining this healthy lifestyle that helps me be a happier, healthier and stronger mom, wife, and woman.

Back in August of 2016, Tiffany emailed me asking if I’d ever consider a fitness program geared toward moms. Although I am a mom, I let her know that I wasn’t sure I was the right audience as I’m an “everything in moderation kind of girl.” While that still holds true, I went forth with the program she introduced in January 2017 because, 1) I wanted to challenge myself, 2) I wanted to introduce some discipline into my diet which was something new to me and 3) I was ready to shed the pesky 10 pounds I had left of pregnancy weight.
I grocery shopped, analyzed workout moves, set my mind to it and got crackin’. It was nice to have a routine for just me! Kids at my ankles the entire time, but still, I held strong for that 30 mins of time. Winter in Minnesota is no joke, so without a treadmill or gym membership, I walked the stairs at work and did laps on my floor. It didn’t take long for me to notice a difference in how I felt on a daily basis. Less sluggish, stronger, sore and comfortable fitting clothes.
Hands down, for me, the best part of the program was the support by not only Tiffany, but by the other moms in the program. We held each other accountable (whether we were conscientious of it or not), we shared recipes, and we commiserated. To know there are others going through the same thing is priceless.
To date, I happily lost that pesky 10 pounds, and shed an inch from my arms and thighs. I’ve decided to reintroduce the program again so I can get back to “me time.”
