Welcome to my happy place! I’m a wife, mom of two, homeschooler, lover of sweaty workouts and a good chocolate chip cookie. This blog is my outlet for creativity and allows me to combine my love of healthy living and fitness, with some personal development and natural living. I love sharing a great recipe, followed by some healthy living tips.
My mission here at A Fit Mom’s Life is to inspire women to be their best selves through good nutrition, exercise, and natural living.
When I started this blog, it was called Love at 350 Degrees, and my goal was to share all of my baking recipes. It took me all of two months to realize that I wanted to write about more than baking, so A Touch of Grace was born. After many wonderful years of writing at A Touch of Grace, I was introduced to a new way of thinking, and in 2017 I re-branded to A Fit Mom’s Life.
It took me a while to find my calling, but after spending years doing all different sorts of workouts and eating programs, I realized that I knew a thing or two about fitness and healthy living. I want A Fit Mom’s Life to be a place women can come for inspiration and to get insight into living a better life, knowing it doesn’t have to be hard to do.
Fitness is my third love, behind my family and my friends. I enjoy working out more than most things, but it wasn’t always like that. I understand it can be hard to stay motivated, eat well, and get your body back after babies. I want to help women find ways to live their best lives and feel comfortable in their own bodies. We’re on this journey of life together, so I say let’s support one another as we strive to be the women we want to be!
