You can kiss those jiggly arms goodbye with this flabby arms workout. It will have your arms looking lean and mean in no time!
Arm flab. Bat wings. Fat jiggle. You know what I’m talking about. That part of your arms that hangs down when you lift them out to the side. Not sure what I’m referring to? Do this: put your arm straight out to your side. Now shake it. That part on the bottom that may be jiggling? That’s your arm flab. For many of us it’s skin. But for a lot of us it’s fat.
The upper arm/tricep area is a trouble spot for many women; especially as we age. Although a lot of this can be attributed to genetics, after the age of 30, body fat tends to increase and lean muscle tends to decrease. This shift can be attributed to hormonal changes as we age, as well as being less active.
The fat on your arms may hang on longer than fat in other areas, but with a good diet and exercise you can work it off. And I cannot stress the diet piece enough. You cannot lose fat while continuing to eat loads of refined sugar and flour. Veggies, fruits, healthy fats and protein are your best friends when it comes to burning off stubborn fat.
This flabby arms workout will help build muscle in the triceps and biceps, and help reduce fatty deposits in those areas.

Repeat this circuit 2-3 times for a great arm burn! You will soon be able to kiss those flabby arms goodbye!
**Tip: When you do the tricep push ups, make sure you keep your elbows in to your sides. That is going to target the triceps more. If you need to, regress to knee push ups and keep your elbows in.
Kiss those flabby arms goodbye with this arm burning workout! Click To TweetI recommend you figure out what weight you can do 12-15 reps with, then bump it up 5 pounds. Using heavier weights will help build muscle faster. You should be able to do 8-10 reps, but the last few reps should be tough. You have to challenge yourself if you want to build muscle!
My go to dumbbells are from ProSource. They have the best equipment hands down. I also really love their kettlebells and medicine balls. The best quality hands down.
I also recommend you do this workout twice a week. You will feel this flabby arm workout the next day.

So many good pointers in this tip! I’ve never thought of doing the extensions like that (usually use a bench), so that’s perfect for at home!
You’re so going to laugh at me for this – I’ve been doing immunotherapy (allergy shots) and not that my arms are in great shape, but I just don’t have much fat on them so it hurts. Lately I’ve been afraid to workout my arms because I know if I lose any more fat, it’ll hurt worse! Hahaha! These are great tips though, Tiffany! Thanks for sharing!
I’m just going to say thank you because you knew I wanted this!
Triceps push ups are SO MUCH HARDER than regular ones! That’s all we do in yoga, and honestly I think it’s why my arms look decent…
Ok, I’m seriously starting this today; I miss my good arms and am in a wedding next month that I’d like to look better for.
Agh I hate plank to pushups! Those are the worst! I’ll have to try this out!
Get it girlfriend!! These look like fantastic arm exercises.
