3 things about this week’s #graceeveryday post.
1) The photos are not the best quality this week. Lots of grainy images. Apologies.
2) Not every photo has just Little A in it! Shocking, I know. π
3) Before the sale goes live for everyone tomorrow I wanted to give you a peek at my finds last week!
Day 191: My mom’s birthday was last Friday, so we went to lunch with her and my grandma on Thursday to celebrate. Little A loves her some grandma time, especially when 2 of them are there!
And my mom actually let me take her photo which NEVER happens. She likes having her picture taken about as much as I like having a bikini wax.
Day 192: Little A and I sat down to do some light reading. I was reading People. She was reading The Economist. #futurepolitician
Day 193: My 2 greatest loves. They are my whole world.
Day 194: Sunday we went to Northwest Trek with my parents. You locals know what Northwest Trek is, but for you out of stater’s, Northwest Trek is a 725-acre wild life park. It’s sort of like the zoo on crack. They have owls, various cats, wetland animals, forest animals, eagles, bears, etc. They also have a 435-acre free roaming area, where bison, elk, moose, big horn sheep, deer, and more all live. There is a guided tram tour you go on through the free roaming area that is awesome. Maybe I’ll post about our trip next week; I got some really great photos.
Day 195: I was trying to take a shameless selfie. She was giving me her “goofy” face again. Yes, this is her goofy face….so she says.
Day 196: Love my hubby!
Day 197: Spent a little time at Home Depot last night. We went to price out new counter tops for our kitchen, and ended up spending some time in the tools. Of course. #likeheneedsmoretools
And ladies, for those of you that aren’t Nordstrom card holders, the Anniversary sale goes live tomorrow. And let me tell you. It’s a good year. I thought I’d share with you a few items I found and fell hard for.
I picked up these Jessica Simpson booties. I am literally about 6’2″ in these babies because I come almost eye level with my hubby (he’s about 6’3″/6’4″). But they are hot. Cannot wait to get them on my feet.
I’d also had my eye on a pair of Speery Top-Siders so I was stoked to see these as part of the sale. They came home with me as well.
Here are a few other items I fell in love with.
I mean you guys. That leopard faux fur vest. I about DIED when I saw that for Little A. She even loved herself in it. I really fell in love with the royal blue Kendra Scott earrings, but they are sold out online. π The green ones are pretty as well.
And the Marc Jacobs bag is a long shot, but I heart it so. It’s perfection.
I may be making another journey back to the mall today for a few items I didn’t get but really want (like the faux fur vest for Little A). She obviously needs more leopard (we got her these shoes last week.) π
Happy Thursday friends!
I love the Sperry’s! I’m tempted to buy them but already bought two pairs of shoes and a couple clothing items :/
You should totally get a pair! Super comfy! I actually didn’t get myself any clothes, but that may change today. π
Jealous that you’re shopping! That’s not in my cards right now π LOVE those booties!! I have that #2 shirt in bright pink π And I wish I had those Kendra Scott earrings. You and your hubby are so cute together…you just look perfect with each other! And I love Little A’s goofy face!
I know, they are tempting! If I return a shirt I bought then I could justify it.
Omg that sweater in the bottom corner, I NEED IT!!! I just tried to link over and their site is down for a few more hours, eeek!!!
And that Northwest Trek sounds amazing! My boys would LOVE something like that. Definitely upload any pics if you have any.
I feel like all my photos are grainy these days. I hardly use my real camera at all recently. I hope you have a great weekend!
I’m loving some of these tops! Little A is so precious. My mom hates taking pictures too. Funny resemblance with grandmas. I think JR would love a wild park. Definitely something we hope to do sometimes in the future. π
He would totally love it! It’s a pretty awesome place. Especially for kids. The schools in the area do a lot of field trips there as well. π
Northwest Trek looks and sounds sooooo awesome! You definitely have to share more about it!
I didn’t even have to read to know that orange shopping car cart is from Home Depot. My girls love shopping there because of THAT cart.
Your fashion sense… sigh.
Wishing you a lovely weekend my friend.
xoxo
Some good finds and that Northwest Trek sounds awesome!
I love your new boots, but I’m only little so then I would be taller, but still small compared to most people! : )

I love them so much! I bet they would maybe make you my height when I’m barefoot, ha!
