#graceeveryday2014 Week 25

June 25, 2014

Happy Wednesday!  We’re half way there guys.  ðŸ™‚  First I just want to say thank you for the sweet comments on Monday’s post.  Y’all made me smile.  I’m glad I was able to share just a bit with you about my sweet hubby.
Yes, it’s Wednesday.  And yes, I’m doing my #graceeveryday post, which I typically do on Thursday’s. That’s because tomorrow I’m co-hosting the Shine Blog Hop with my wonderful friend Jennifer, The Deliberate Mom. So don’t forget to come back tomorrow to link up you posts!

It’s been a pretty mellow week for us comparatively.

Day 170:  We put together our first sled with the new deck!  Little A had to try it out and give her review.  In her bathing suit.  In the family room.  We asked her the next day what she liked better, swimming or sledding. She said sledding.  Smart girl.  ðŸ™‚

Day 171: Date night!  My grandma came and watched Little A so Huebie and I could go to my cousin’s play. We hit up our favorite sushi restaurant first.  I could eat sushi almost every day.  We had a great time.  I know it’s important for us to have time together, so we need to make nights like this more of a priority in our relationship.

Day 172: One of my girlfriend’s and her dad built this dollhouse when she was a kid.  She has 2 boys, so she passed it on to Little A.  Baby girl is in heaven.  We’re doing some minor renovations with new “wallpaper” and potentially some carpet.  It really means a lot to me that she wanted to pass this on to Little A.

Day 173: Park day!  We had the whole park to ourselves and Little A was loving climbing with daddy.  He’s just a big kid at heart.

Day 174: After dinner walk.  This is one of my favorite things to do.  Little A has been loving her stroller lately, which is fine with me.  But hopefully we can get her on her tricycle again soon.  She definitely needs more practice.

Day 175: Girls night!  Sis and I went to dinner last night.  We usually go out at least once when Huebie goes on travel.  Which is often.  She requested mac and cheese from Red Robin.  Girl loves her some mac and cheese.

We’re heading on vacation next week, so I’m sure I’ll be taking lots of photos.  Keep up with me on Instagram (@tiffanyatouchofgrace).  And come back tomorrow for the Shine Blog Hop!  I’m sure some great posts will be linked up!

What an awesome dollhouse! How fun to be able to “redecorate” it. I remember one of my best friends had her mom’s old dollhouse when we were young and we used to play with that thing all the time. It was so cool and much more detailed and handmade than the ones they make today. Have fun on vacation!

We LOVE sushi! So good! Baby girl really is sweet. She can definitely be a monster sometimes, but for the most part she’s a total cuddle bug. 🙂

That’s so awesome that you guys got a date night, every time we have one I think “We definitely need to do this more often!”. And that was sooo sweet of your friend! I would be in heaven if I was a little girl. And Red Robin!!! Now I’m craving their burgers and fries!
