Favorite fall scarves

October 22, 2014

I love, love, love scarves.  They are the perfect accessory.  I find myself picking my outfits based on what scarf I want to wear that day.  Most of the time I end up with a leopard scarf on (I have 3…#sorrynotsorry). I’ll wear light, bright scarves in the spring and summer, and warm, cozy scarves in the fall and winter.  Yes, you can wear them year round!  Don’t think you can’t wear them in the warmer months.
And they make great gifts for all the ladies in your life too!

I wore my new scarf to work yesterday and was in HEAVEN.  Heaven I tell ya!  So I had to share the deets with y’all, along with a few other favorites I’ve seen (and a few I’ve recently picked up….shhh….don’t tell the hubs).

Unfortunately I can’t seem to find the scarf online, so you get a lovely pic of me sitting at my desk.  You’re welcome.  πŸ˜‰  It’s from Nordstrom in the juniors section and only $24. And let me tell ya friends, this scarf is a little slice of heaven.  I wasn’t sure I was going to like the colors because I honestly don’t wear a lot of orange or navy, or really much brown for that matter.  But it goes with so many things!
My sweet hubby picked it out and I do have to say he has pretty good taste.  It’s uber soft and a great scarf for fall.  It’s pretty substantial and I love how it lays lower on my neck so I don’t feel like I’m being choked all day at my desk.

UPDATE: Found the link to the scarf!  HERE!

Sweater is Target.  Similar HERE.

I picked this Target blanket scarf up last week for a sweet $17.  And now it’s 20% off making it under $14! Under $14 people!  For a soft, cozy blanket scarf!  That’s a steal!

I actually really like the colors of this scarf as well.  Another uber soft blanket scarf.  Target is hitting it out of the park this season!

I almost bought this scarf the other day as well.  It comes in 5 colors and is so soft!  It would make a great Christmas gift for your sister or your mom or your grandma or your BFF.  Really for any of the ladies in your life.  5 colors!

And you all know my love for leopard.  My favorite leopard scarf is from last year, but this year Nordstrom has this leopard scarf and I love it just as much.  I’m really digging the two toned/ombre effect.

You can shop all Nordstrom scarves under $25 HERE.  I definitely have some faves.

I shared this scarf from Old Navy with you all a few weeks back, and it’s still on my list.  I’m super bummed I forgot about it when I was in there picking something up for Little A last week.  I do need to return a sweater I got, so next time I’m there I’ll be taking this one home with me.

I don’t have as many scarves as some people I know, but my collection is getting a bit out of hand.  I just can’t help it!  I said it before and I’ll say it again, they are the perfect accessory.

Do you love scarves as much as I do?  Where do you find your favorite scarves?

I’m so with you on this. I have quite a large scarf collection. I try and pair one with most of my outfits. They just make it so cozy. I actually learned how to am knit a scarf the other day. I’m addicted!

Ohhhh man, Tiffany. This was a terrible post for me to see today. I love scarves, too. I’m kind of obsessed with them, actually.
Believe it or not, I don’t have a leopard scarf (I know, I’m fired.), but I totally want one! Off to search your links I go…..

I am so trying to not spend money on clothes and accessories right now. There isn’t enough room in this house for what I do have πŸ™ so I’m getting rid of stuff. I got so many scarves last year but I still really want a leopard print one!

You really are the scarf queen! I love your style for these so much. I’ve seen some really cute head wraps that have the scarf as like a sash hanging around the neck. I think the hijab ones are cute too because they sort of hang down like the infinity scarves too. I love these styles so much!

I’m really loving scarves too! They can make your outfit look super cute with minimal effort. That’s my kind of accessory. πŸ™‚ My favorites on this post is definitely the leopard and the one from Old Navy! Can you believe I don’t have a single leopard anything in my wardrobe?

Pretty scarves!! I have two and they are really pretty, but I have to wait for a cool day in Florida, however, we visit snowy Massachusetts in December when it’s freezing, so, there ya go!! Hey! I may need that sled after-all, lol πŸ˜‰

Oh how I LOVE that first pic of you! That scarf and sweater go together so perfectly and it looks so cozy! I only have like two scarves because I’m horrible at accessorizing, but I loooove them. They really brighten up a person’s face.
