#graceeveryday 2014 week 42

October 23, 2014

You guys.  10 weeks left in the year.  10!  That’s insane!  I need to start some Christmas shopping like yesterday!  EEK!

It’s been a crazy week, once again, with Huebie out of town.  Poor guy has been working 14+ hour days every day while he’s been there.  No break to even eat; they’ve been calling for delivery.  Work was also on the level of insanity this week so I’m way behind in my blog reading and commenting.  Sorry friends!  I’ll catch up, don’t you worry.  ðŸ™‚

Day 289: Little A and I did some shopping last week.  This was her first time wearing her new vest and I have to say she is killing it in the leopard.

Day 290: My whole world in one photo.  Love these two more than words.

Day 291: We celebrated Little A’s birthday twin.  Well, she’s a year and a day younger than sis, but they’re practically birthday twins.  Photo credit to the birthday girl’s mommy, my sweet friend Megan.  ðŸ™‚

Day 292: Photo day!  We did A’s 3 year photos on Sunday.  Then stopped for pastries.  Perfect end to a beautiful day.

Day 293: She wanted to play the matching game.  And by play she meant organize.  All the cards into piles by character.  She is 100% my daughter.

Day 294: My mom brought over a boat load of books that were mine and my brother’s growing up. She also has an attic full of our toys that I need to go through sometime.  I love that she kept all this stuff.  Makes me wonder if I should keep some of Little A’s things.

Day 295: A much needed glass of wine at the end of a crazy day.  I think I was at my desk a total of 1 hour yesterday.  Busy, busy.

My mom kept some of our favorite books and toys from when we were growing up. I’m really glad to have them now and be able to read some of my favorite books to LB! It’s also neat to see my nieces and nephews playing with some of our old toys. I hope to save some of LB’s favorites, but turn into a hoarder about it either. 🙂

I’ve been soooo behind on reading and commenting too. The most I accomplished in NC was keeping up on SOME social media pages. But you’ve been keeping up with me it feels like so you’re doing way better than I am!

You and Little A are soooo pretty. She is killing it in that leopard vest and you are killing it in that 4th photo! Beautiful!

My mom gave me all of our old books too! And she has all of our toys in the attic. I am so anti-pack rat though that it overwhelms me to think that I should go through it all, even though it’s cool to go down memory lane and see all this stuff.

Aww! Little A is so cute in that leopard. Love that! I think I miss red wine. I haven’t had a glass since Passover, but I will be able to enjoy a glass for the next Passover. Yay! My baby will be here by February most likely since I’m due at the beginning of the month and I don’t think Passover is until April next year.
