Yay for Friday! So looking forward to the weekend and Little A feeling better. Poor baby is just miserable. Breaks a mama’s heart.
Today we’re getting Pin-spired with Sheaffer, Shay and Mel!
I’m going to be honest; this one totally snuck up on me. I was not prepared until last night with what I was going to wear. I really wanted to use my new military jacket or faux leather jacket I got for Christmas, but then the hubby said he really liked the outfits with the vest (which is saying a lot because usually he could care less what I wear). So, the vest it is!
I saw this pin and knew exactly what I would use to recreate the look. I love the neutral tones in this outfit, but wanted to kick up the color a notch.
Yes, I cut my head off; hubby took the pics and I was not looking pretty. |
I have had this puffer vest for probably 6 or 7 years, and it’s been sitting in the back of my closet of for the last 2 or 3 of those years. I’m so glad I held onto it! It goes with so many things, I love the fur lined hood and it really does keep me warm when it’s chilly in the mornings here.
Details:
Puffer vest: Way old. Really like this J Crew vest. And this Anthropologie one is really great in white.
Sweater: Gap (it comes in multiple colors and is on sale right now!)
Jeans: Hudson
Boots: Frye, you can go HERE to see all Frye boots at Nordstrom, or HERE to see a great option from Sam Edelman.
And sticking with my theme for this winter, being warm and cozy, this outfit hits the mark. This sweater is one of the most comfortable pieces in my winter wardrobe this year.
Have an amazing weekend!
Cute vest!
I love the fur on the hood, and it looks so good with your boots!
Happy weekend, Tiffany!!

Very cute! I love vests too but my big boobs make me look heavier than I really am when I wear them. I wish you wouldn’t have cut your head off… I love seeing your smiling face.
I hope Little A is feeling better. Wishing you a lovely week.
xoxo
I love that you get ideas for things for you clothes from Pinterest! And it is just that…just an idea. You don’t always have to go out and buy the exact thing for it to look adorable. This outfit looks warm and comfy. Love the vest! 🙂
Thanks Brittnei! You are so right! I have a new-found love for clothes in my closet that I thought I’d get rid of. It really gives you a different perspective and I’ve paired things together I never would have thought to. 🙂
