Hey hey friends! Who else is as ready for the weekend as I am?! It was a busy week and I’m looking forward to a low key weekend, hopefully.
I have a whole lot of random again for you today. Just like I like it. 🙂
Yesterday marked 3 years since we lost my little brother. 3 years! It honestly feels like it was 6 months ago that he passed away. Little A was only 6 months old at the time so she doesn’t remember him, but she knows him by photos and we pray for him all the time. This is my absolute favorite picture of us, at my mom’s surprise 50th birthday party. Miss him everyday.
TWO
When we were in Bend a few weeks ago we learned about some awesome products that I couldn’t not tell you about. Our friend Sean helps small businesses get set up on Amazon, and these are two of the products he showed us that we love!
Lava Love is handmade soap from Oregon volcanic lava. It exfoliates and has just a light scent that both K and I love. The bentonine and zeolite from the lava pull toxins from your body and the shea butter moisturizes. We have already gone through a whole bar between the hubs and I and will be ordering more stat. I highly recommend.
THREE
healthy hoohoo (yep, that’s right, it’s for your hoohoo) is a gentle feminine pH balanced cleanser that is paraben and fragrance free. We’ve all read about cancer causing chemicals found in some soaps, so this cleanser is perfect for your downstairs. They have wipes as well. I’m loving this product for sure!
It’s baby season for us, and we got to meet another new baby yesterday. One of my long time girlfriends had her second daughter and she is just a little bitty at 6 lbs, 7 oz. Little A was in love with baby Stella (don’t you just love her name?!).
FIVEI’ve been reading a lot of self-development and inspirational books lately. I’ll be doing a post on my favorite inspiration reads some time in the near future, but wanted to share my favorite daily source of inspiration. Darren Hardy is the founder of Success Magazine and wrote one of my favorite books The Compound Effect. He does a Darren Daily mentoring email that provides inspiration for your life and success. Linking up with Amanda and Karli.
Have a great weekend love bugs!
Lava love sounds amazing – I’m going to be on the lookout on Amazon now!!! Don’t you just love baby season – gary and I watched funny baby videos yesterday and it just made my day! Happy Friday! xo, Biana – BlovedBoston
Ohhh baby season. It’ll be that for us in a couple of months. So many babies making their arrival!
I’m so sorry about your brother. I can only imagine the special pain that comes with losing a sibling. Thinking about you, girl. I think it’s great that you keep his memory alive with Little A. 🙂
Baby season over here starts late this summer and carries into late fall. Everyone is flippin pregnant! It’s crazy. I was a part of a big baby boom too, when I had Henry a year ago!
I didn’t know you lost your brother! I’m so sorry to hear that. I can’t imagine losing my sister. I’m thinking about you.
I do love the name Stella! And that photo is precious.
That is a very sweet pic of your and your brother, sending you a hug today sweet friend.
What a great picture of you and your brother! xoxo
anniversaries like that are so hard. I’m so sorry friend! Thinking about you! xoxo
I love that picture of you and your brother. Big hugs my friend.
Healthy Hoohoo cleanser?! Say what?!?! LOL Well, I guess they could have called it Vanilla Vagina… the Hoohoo shouldn’t make me giggle but it does. Great – now I’ll be saying hoohoo all day (yes apparently I’m 4-years-old). Although I could say it all day and my kids would have no idea what I’m talking about because to them, a vagina is a vagina. Are you blushing from how much I typed vagina? Okay, I’ll stop now.
Stella looks absolutely gorgeous. I love that name too. So sweet.
Thanks for sharing. I hope you get your low key weekend.
xoxo
I’m sorry to hear about your brother. I have brothers and cannot imagine losing either of them. That is a very sweet picture.

That photo of you and your brother always chokes me up. Sending you love and hugs xo
That soap sounds amazing, I’ve done volcanic mud baths (is that how you would say it? lol) and the way it makes your skin feel is amazing.
