I’m not big on gift guides. But I do love fitness gear. So I thought I’d do a gift guide that’s a bit different than other gift guides full of the latest trendy outfit, candle, perfume, etc. This is a gift guide for the fitness lover in your life.
This would probably be my perfect gift guide. I could seriously use all the things on this list!

1 // Let me just start by talking about my love for Carrie Underwood’s athletic line. I LOVE Carrie Underwood. And I will be the first to stand up when they call for women who want to learn how to gets her famous legs. Her French Terry Dip Dye Graphic Hoodie (old, other cute one HERE) is so cute and looks so soft. I seriously want so many things from her line.
2 // Fitness lovers are all about taking fitness to the streets. Last year I got the dusty pink New Balance sneakers, and this year I’m lusting over these suede 696s. Seriously they are so cute! I also like these navy and pink ones. Either way, they come in a ton of colors.
3 // I have been wanting an Apple watch for a while now, but when I heard about the Amazfit Fitness Tracker, I fell in love. I really like how it looks like a piece of jewelry instead of your typical fitness tracker. It is seriously so pretty! My old fitness tracker kicked the bucket a year after I got it, and I haven’t had one since, but I always feel so much more motivated when I have one. As a SAHM, I get a lot of steps in each day, but I love the satisfaction of seeing how many steps I actually walked that day, before I go to bed. It also tracks your sleep, which honestly motivates me to get to bed earlier. There’s a free app that it sync’s with so you can easily track everything on your phone. I wouldn’t knock an Apple watch though, either way. 🙂
4 // Any gym rat or runner always needs new socks. I have been a fan of Under Armour socks for years and love them! They aren’t too thick so they don’t feel bulky in your shoes. I hate when my socks are too thick and get all bunched up in my shoes when I run. These socks are awesome and last a long time. And they make a no-brainer stocking stuffer.
5 // Whether you are looking for a gift for a yoga junkie or someone who works out at home (like myself) a yoga mat is a must. I’ve had this yoga mat for years and it’s a great value.
6 // Water, water, water! I cannot preach that enough! A lot of people love the Swell bottles, but I adore my Hydro Flask. It keeps drinks hot or cold for 24 hours, it’s super durable and it’s made in Bend, Oregon, one of my favorite towns. I love this color as well! So cute!
7 // Runners are always in need of new running shoes. We can never have too many pairs of running shoes. The new 22s are out now (HERE) and I know they are going to be just as amazing if not better than the 21s. Mizuno’s are my go to running shoes. I have had the last 6 or 7 generations of Wave Riders and they never disappoint. Running shoes make a great gift so find out what brand your loved one swears buy and get them a pair. They will love you forever.
8 // Us fitness ladies are always in need of a new leggings. I have quite a few, but it’s never enough. Never. The Modblock Salutation tights are so cute and would make any fitness lover happy. Mesh leggings are really big right now and these Mesh Shine tights are super cute and comfy as well.
9 // Kettlebells y’all. Kettlebells are amazing for anyone who’s into fitness. I use them nearly every time I do a workout. My hubby got me a set of 3 a few years ago for my birthday and it was the best birthday gift I’ve ever gotten. If you know someone who loves to workout at home, kettlebells make a great and unexpected gift that they will love.
10 // My love for Athleta runs deep. Their hoodies are so cozy and soft and last forever. One of my favorites is the Stronger Hoodie. It has thumb holes, reflective material and it layers perfect with a vest for my cold weather running. It’s a great hoodie to wear to and from the gym. And it’s super stylish.
11 // The Zella Live In Leggings are really just that; live in leggings. I wear them for more than just working out. They are SO COMFORTABLE! I would wear them every day if I felt it was acceptable. Luckily I have 3 or 4 pairs so I actually can wear them most days, ha! They are my go to tight for running outdoors in the fall and winter, they retain their color after many washes and they are oh so comfortable. Seriously, great gift.
12 // A cookbook is always a great gift in my book. The Clean Eating Made Simple cookbook would make an easy gift for anyone interested in trying new, wholesome recipes, without feeling deprived.
A gift guide for the fitness lover in your life. Click To Tweet13 // Foam rolling is amazing. I laid it out for you in my what not to do after a workout post. I use this foam roller daily. ‘Nuff said.
14 // This sweatshirt is life. And seriously describes my hair on a daily basis.
15 // And because I don’t have time to wash my hair as much as I’d like to, dry shampoo is my lifesaver. And Living Proof’s dry shampoo is one of the best out there. Another great stocking stuffer idea.
16 // I LOVE running in the cold. Love it. So a good pair of gloves are essential. Whether you’re loved one enjoys fall and winter hiking, snowshoeing or running outdoors on a cold winter’s day, gloves are important. I love that these gloves cover your wrists as well.
One thing I completely forgot to make room for on my gift guide is a gym bag. A good, sturdy gym bag is a lifesaver when it comes to heading to the gym or studio. It gets a ton of use, so it needs to be good quality. I love this bag from Athleta. This blue one from Target is super cute as well.
I could go on and on about jump ropes, dumbbells, other fitness gear (because fitness lovers can never have enough), but I’ll leave you with these items.
If you have a fitness lover in your life, seriously consider getting them something they will use day in and day out. My fitness gear gets more use than almost anything in my house. If you want to get them a gift they’ll remember and use, get them something fitness related.
If you are a fitness lover, what would you put on your Christmas wish list?
That gym bag is so cute! We currently just use one that I’ve had since I was probably 10 years old! haha. Socks are one thing that we always need but never want to spend money on so that really is a great stocking stuffer idea!
Okay that bag is super cute!! I seriously want some new workout clothes and black sneakers!! Such a great round up girl! xo, Biana –BlovedBoston
I love gift guides, so thanks for changing your mind. 😉 Athleta anything, would make me happy. It’s definitely expensive, but the quality is so good.
You know we LOVE our Hydro Flasks! I still have a green and a purple one, Kevin a blue one (and he’s getting a bigger white one for Christmas), Lilly the gray one and my mom got Savanah the purple one this year. We’re obsessed! There are so many fun colors now!
Oh my goodness, those cut out tights are SO CUTE! I’ve decided that the thing I’m looking forward to most about pregnancy being over is getting to work out and get my body back, so this is a great post for me right now!!
Fabulous gift suggestions Tiffany! I love that fitness tracker – GORGEOUS! I have a FitBit – and it looks like a clunky FitBit. lol
I think I need that clean eating cookbook too.
Thanks for sharing!
Wishing you a lovely evening.
xoxo
That fitness tracker is super chic! I want to get a pair of new balance trainers… basically this is a gift guide for me, but I’m not a fitness buff haha
I love the idea of a fitness inspired gift guide and I sure wish I had those leggings. It’s a great idea to give people practical gifts they’ll use and will inspire a healthier lifestyle

Love the cut outs in those leggings!
I love all of your picks! There is so much on my list. Kettlebells are always such a good pick! And I need some new leggings. I need some new socks too. And I want a fitness tracker so bad!

Ok. That fitness tracker is SO cool. On another note, I DID just get an apple watch and I plan to go for a run with it soon. I’ll let you know how I like it.
