#graceeveryday2014 Week 10

March 13, 2014

Sorry for the late post today friends.  I left work early yesterday because I wasn’t feeling well, and it just got worse as the day went on.  Still not 100% today, but starting to feel a bit better.

Day 66: We went to Grandma Cindy’s house (my mom) to help her with her computer.  Little A loves walking on the treadmill.  Fine with me!  Burn some of that energy off little one!

Day 67: Shopping with Mommy and Daddy.  They say (whomever they are) that when a child is 2 1/2 they are half the height they will grow to be.  So it looks like we should be prepared for a 6 footer.  Bring on the scholarships!!

Day 68: Daylight savings time was not our friend this year.  She would not take a nap!  We ended up going to dinner and she fell asleep almost immediately when we got in the car.  Why do we continue with daylight savings time anyways?

Day 69: I came home from work early to a very sick baby.  She was vomiting every 20 minutes.  She’s never really been sick like that before.  Poor thing was miserable.  But it only lasted until bed time, and she woke up the next morning chipper as ever!

Day 70: It was a beautiful day!  Much needed after weeks of rain.  We went to the park and played for a bit after I got off work.  I love sunny days in Seattle!

Day 71: No photo, sorry.  Like I said, I was not doing so hot yesterday so I missed getting a photo.  But it probably would have been of me on the couch trying to drown myself with water to stay hydrated and in the fetal position.  I may be off to the doc today if things don’t improve.  My parents think maybe appendicitis, but I’m not sure.

I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!  It’s supposed to start raining again here tomorrow (boo!) so I’ll try to enjoy this last day of sunshine before it goes away again.  Remember to follow me on Instagram (@tiffanyatouchofgrace)!

Your daughter is adorable! I’m glad she’s feeling better. And yeah, we’ve had a rough time adjusting to daylight savings as well. I still don’t think I’m used to it!

I am so glad your daughter only caught a 12 hour or less bug! That sounded scary at first with that much puking. I am also glad we don’t have daylight savings time here in Arizona! That would totally throw us off!

Oh my, I hope you get better (and that it isn’t appendicitis). Sorry to hear Little A got so sick but what a relief that it passed quickly.

Lovely pictures my friend. I’m with you on daylight savings time. Can we just eliminate it?!

Wishing you a speedy recovery so you can enjoy the weekend.
    xoxo

Aw! She’s so precious. Hubby and JR had a 12 hour stomach virus on Monday. That afternoon they were throwing up (JR the most) and I was glad it was over on Tuesday morning. I’ve been feeling mid pregnancy stuff but that was it. I was glad I didn’t get it. I’m glad you are better by now. It’s always hard being sick and the mommy and wife! Eek!

She is a sweet girl, thanks Brittnei. I’m so sorry your hubby and baby had a bug, they are no fun! So glad it passed quickly. I’m glad you didn’t get it either. Stuff like that can be scary when you’re pregnant.
