#graceeveryday2014 week 30

July 31, 2014

Hello!  How is your Thursday shaping up?  We’re going down to my grandma’s house to help her with some paperwork and house cleaning.  Little A loves going to her house (new toys and all).

Here’s a look at the last week.

Day 205: I showed you this photo last Friday, but I had to share again.  It was so great to have a few of my family members from Texas up visiting!

Day 206:  We were trying to get a little fence work done last Friday evening, and Little A was being a good girl playing on the deck.  That lasted about 5 minutes.

Day 207: We went to a wedding across the mountains (about 3 hours from us) on Saturday.  It was at our favorite ski resort.  First time I’d ever been there in the summer.  I like it better covered in snow.
PS: Why do my arms look so massive?!  Holy cow!

Day 208: Fence complete!  My hubby is a rock star and did most of this on his own (with my help…as much as I could provide).  It took longer than expected, but I’m glad it’s done and our fence won’t blow in on itself this fall/winter.

Day 209: Our nanny had the day off, so my grandma came to watch Little A.  You can always tell a grandma is watching her by what she’s wearing.  And the lack of nap.

Day 210: Lake evening!  We went tubing and wakeboarding Tuesday after work.  The view of Mt. Rainier is amazing!  It was a chopping day on the water, and I have the whiplash to prove it; but overall an awesome evening.

Day 211: My best friend is in town visiting so they all came over last night for dinner.  Little A loved having her friends to play with.  And she did really well sharing this time!

I love the landscape in these photos! You look so fit my dear. I can’t believe you were more in shape at one point than how you look now. Crazy! You look amazing. Your mom is beautiful too. Too bad she doesn’t like taking photos. Little A is such a princess. Who do you think she looks like? I see you in her face. 🙂

Thanks Brittnei! Oh I was definitely more fit. Luckily the dress covers up my mama pooch. 🙂
My mom is darn pretty isn’t she? I wish she liked having her photo taken. I have some good ones from our wedding of her though.
I think Little A is starting to look more like me. I’ve had a few people say that. 🙂
      Have a great weekend!

The fence looks amazing! And holy cow that view of Mt. Rainier!!!! I think I would fall in love with Washington and never want to leave if I visited that state. And I actually laughed out loud at your massive arm comment. My dad somehow has a way of taking photos that make your head look like half the size of your body, it’s impressive how he does that. I’m like, how do you warp a photo so bad?! Something about certain angles lol. And OH, my kids NEVER have naps if Grandma is around. She always says “they didn’t want to”. Sigh….lol

Do you have many lakes there? Natural or man-made? That view is awesome.

Such a gorgeous family!! And, that picture of Mt. Rainer – just beautiful!!

These pictures are awesome. My you live in a beautiful city. I hope one day I can come out to Seattle and see the sights! Mt. Rainer is gorgeous!

Little A can’t get any cuter… and I never want to arm wrestle you!

    Wishing you a lovely evening.
    xoxo
